This is a brief note to announce that from June 23 we will held marathon tournament.

The cause of metabolic syndrome is a disturbance in our diet and shortage of exercise.
Metabolic syndrome is cause for some diseases. For example, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and so on.
That may affect this company’s performance.
According to survey results, this company’s 47% of male staff and 28% of female staff is metabolic syndrome and reserve.

Therefore, we have decided to introduce a marathon tournament. We encourage all worker’s to take part in this tournament.

Traveling

I want to travel to Amami island. Because I want to see kurousagi. Kurousagi is a species of animal designated for special protection. There are them only Tokuno island Amami island all over the world. So I want to see it. And sea of Amami is very very beautiful. I want to swim all the day. So I want to travel to Amami island!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ESSAY

Experience is the best teacher. I think so, too. Because we people know by memory to experience. We learn from school teachers, books, our parents, our grandparemts and so on. Certainly we can learn, but we forget things soon. However we experiencing things don't forget forever. It is very very senseational!!! For example, when we fought with my friends, we are attacked by my friends. Then we know that hitting is very painful. So we decide that we will never fight. We hear that don't fight from everyone. But we don't know pain. This thing know only experiences.
So I think that experience is the best teacher!!!

ABOUT UNIVERCITY LIFE

I think that the most important parts of university life are making friends and studying.
First, making friends can be easy or difficult depending on your attitude. If I openmy heart, I can get easily many friends. But if I don't, I can not get any friends. when I am trouble, friends heip me. And they listen to my conversation. So, making friends is needly.
Next, studying is important, too. Because I came to university to study, not to play or to work part-time job. And my parents think so, too.
I think that making friends and studying are significant while I am a university student.
